The key to coping with anxiety is trying your best to focus on what is causing you to feel stressed out. Once you have identified the problem that is bringing you all the trouble, find intelligent ways of fixing it. What many people call a disorder is just merely the manifestation of a certain problem and once you have positively addressed that problem, nobody will have any more reason to tell you that you have stress and anxiety disorder. That is all there is to it.

Coping with anxiety means fixing whatever it is that is causing it.
